Learn about the new Yardi Client Central login page

In the next few months, the way you sign in to your Yardi Client Central account will change slightly.

What will stay the same

·         You will still use the same username you use to access your Yardi Client Central account.

·         You will still be able to access the same things that you could previously.

·         The way you access Yardi Client Central (URL: https://clientcentral.yardi.com).

Who will be affected by this change

·         Only users who access Yardi Client Central will be affected by this change.  Users who only access other Yardi applications (for example Voyager, Voyager Plus, and so on) will not experience any changes with sign in functionality.

Why the login process is changing

·         In preparation for the implementation of our new product, YardiOne.

·         To make the login process consistent across all Yardi applications, computers, tablets, and phones.

·         To add an extra layer of security when you sign in.

·         So that you have the option to enable single sign-on (SSO) when logging into Client Central.

How to prepare for the change

·         If you have access to more than one Yardi client profile, you can set the default Yardi client profile that you want Yardi Client Central to default to. Instructions on how to set your Default Client profile can be found here.

·         Add [email protected] to your contact list on your selected email application.

·         Navigate to https://www.yardione.com and find your YardiOne URL. Then reset your password.

·         In the near future, keep an eye out for an email informing you about the change when logging into Client Central.

What is YardiOne?

YardiOne is a one-stop platform where you can access all your Yardi applications from one convenient location. When you use YardiOne to sign into one application, you are automatically signed into all your Yardi applications.  This includes both desktop and mobile applications, so that you can spend less time logging in and out of applications, or trying to remember multiple log in credentials.
